Time management

I am guilty. I apologize. I am sorry. I have been away so long that my own computer didn't save my sign in. I had to re-sign on and I almost forgot how. For someone who brags about getting a post done at least twice a week, sometimes three times...I have failed my own time management - time management. All I can say is that I have been working really hard at the hospital, and trying to catch up at home, and trying to get the store ready for a sale. Uffda. I have 3 Majors, 3 constants, 3 parts of me. One being family and home...husband, 2 boys and my little dog. Second, my store, my Barn, my creative outlet. Third, but hardly least, my nursing. I am an advanced practice nurse and I work with two Cardiac surgeons. I operate with them, take care of our patients in the ICU and help run the office and clinic. My business card reads as such... Lori Miller, RN, BSN, CNOR, CRNFA...yikes.

Sometimes the hours are long and other days we work hard but leave early. On the long days I miss my computer, my blogging friends, my Barn, my family, but mostly my routine. My routine is to fit all three aspects of my life into the day...every day. Sometimes it just doesn't go that way, which is why wine and other guilty pleasures are sometimes used as stress reducers.

I wanted to share this post with you earlier this week - better late then never. I have been working on my personal space at home. Trying to get the house ready for spring and summer so I can start to spend quality time outdoors. My Swedish and danish blogging friends are influencing my latest decorating needs....lots of white...

...clean and simple.

I don't know whybut I am reluctant to take off this old tag that still hangs from the vintage light fixture...it says, restored $325 - as is $125...it makes the 5 bucks I paid seem like a sweet deal.

Remember my earlier post regarding the Jeanne d' Arc March edition of the Danish magazine. Well, I have exactly 12 copies left. I was able to get a total of 40 copies this month, so if you are unable to find a copy, let me know...I will ship it to you and it is WONDERFUL!!

Lori, You are an inspiration! You have the *most* beautiful photos on your blog and I love your lay-out! I am *so* inspired, in fact, that I have decided to renovate my old farm-house garage into a studio/week-end store space! I look forward to stopping by your blog for continued inspiration and eye-candy! Best of luck to you! Vonnie

Layer it on. Change it up.

Time for a refresh. Have you ever looked at an area in your house and thought I am done looking at that mess.   Or maybe it's just time...
