Gardening - Miller style

3 little pots in a box. I was trying to think of something witty to title this post... I've got nothing.
I went to Linder's Garden center close out the other day and picked up some grasses, ten pots of red grasses to be exact. How fun does that sound. Everything is so dramatic in large numbers. After I got the pots to the shop I was kicking myself for not buying ten more. I forget just how big the Barn is with the huge ceilings and wide open space.

I didn't want to re-pot all the grasses and I didn't want to leave them in the ugly plastic pots, so I did the next best thing. I funked them up. Miller style. A little brown bag and my favorite, twine.

plain brown paper for the table runner...sweet

Aren't the brown paper wrappers the best!!? All rumpled and crumpled.

Raining again today. Beautiful black rolling clouds. No hail - thank God. More pictures soon, I just received a large order from one of my favorite vendors, and opened up the back of the store after some large sofas left. Play time for me.

I love your brown paper idea... it just looks so simple next to all of the neat old treaures. It's such a nice look in your shop.

If I could just crawl up in your head long enough to do my house...I would be so happy!

Such inspiration!

O, gosh, girl...I'm not sure how I found you but I am thrilled to be here. Now, I want to come shopping in your barn so bad I can't stand it!
O, and the brown paper...I love that. Would it look as cute in a cottage as it does in your shop? I think so!! Gonna give it a try.
I hope you have a Follow Me on your blog cause I don't want to lose you....

Layer it on. Change it up.

Time for a refresh. Have you ever looked at an area in your house and thought I am done looking at that mess.   Or maybe it's just time...
