Open house ~ out back

The last of the open house photos. Finally, I don't know about you, but I am starting to get bored.
This is what I see when I step out the back door.
Grilling station to my left and table with umbrella to my immediate right.

A gift from my dear friends, Rob and Bonnie... a vintage vase that was Bonnie's mothers.

My husband jokes that if the dog didn't need some grass to poop, I would have planted the entire back yard by now.

I designed the pool house and my husband built it.

This side of the pool gets the sun first, so this is where I enjoy my morning coffee.

Many of my perennials have been gifts from my mother, sister or grandmother.... love.

this sitting area sits off one end of the pool.... my favorite spot to read, blog and watch movies

the little torches look so pretty at night

look at the basil and rosemary... yummy

love the cone flower.... this one is called, coconut lime

I hope you enjoyed a sneak peek at my space.

Angie,
Thank you. I visited your blog briefly, wow. A book a day....I wish I had time for one a month.
Thanks for taking time to visit.
Lori

Layer it on. Change it up.

Time for a refresh. Have you ever looked at an area in your house and thought I am done looking at that mess.   Or maybe it's just time...
