Winter White

Another day of -15 degrees.
But don't you love white in the winter. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE white all year long....but after Christmas, there is something about the cleanliness of white.
... just don't think about the cold.

I can't get enough....

leaving for Atlanta Tuesday morning
If you have not been to the Market in Atlanta.... 3 large buildings,
Oh, so much to see....

I still don't have my game plan, but there is always the 4 hour plane ride...
it'll come to me. The good thing is, I know what I like, I know what I want...
and the crap is easy to filter out.
I can't wait to show you what I have found....
The Barn is open while I am gone...the Barn girls will be there no matter how cold it gets
.... burrrr

I wish I could send you my sunny 60 degree weather from Vegas. it just doesn't feel like winter when it is like this all the time. I would love to have a cold and cloudy snow flurry
kind of afternoon.

We are also leaving for Atlanta on Tuesday morning. As soon as we arrive(we stay downtown) we drop our bags off and run to the market... For fun we should try to meet to compare notes. I know that we are going to be at Peacock Park's showroom to see the lady from Where Women Create...but I can't remember the exact day...Saturday at noon maybe??
Have you ever been to Scott's Antique Show??
Happy Shopping! I hope we find lots of good stuff this year...

It is a trip going to the Atlanta Market. All those show rooms, all the merch and all those things I don't want!

And some I really love!

Hi Lori
Kathleen at Faded Charm sent me over and I am glad she did...small world - I just got home from MN - spent the last 2 weeks there, to bad I didn't know of your shop I would have visited you, but I get there often. Born and raised there I have 2 of my 5 girls there and my mom. I moved here to Chicago 20 yrs ago and have had many shops. Right now I have one in the western suburbs called Vintage Living. So nice to meet you, enjoyed your blog!
My best
Rebecca

My parents used to own a gift and ladies' clothing boutique and I was able to accompany them on several buying trips to Atlanta, Miami, and Dallas. What great memories I have! The Atlanta Market is so much fun, with so much to see. I wish I was going too! Have a great time!

Layer it on. Change it up.

Time for a refresh. Have you ever looked at an area in your house and thought I am done looking at that mess.   Or maybe it's just time...
