Time to create

January is a time to clean and create.
I had to first repaint the chalk board wall.  The old writings don't come off as easy as they claim... whoever they are, they are wrong, so a new coat of paint went up and then I was ready to go.  All I needed was to grab some new product that just arrived and a piece of chalk and Wa- La.
Fun City.

Clocks from England, a re-creation of the coffee bar that I have at my house, wall organizers AND a whole lot of fun went into this vignette.

We have a whole lot going on here besides Christmas clearance...
I can only stand the after Christmas stuff for so long, so between you and me, it will all be gone in 2 weeks.  When I get back from Atlanta, it is the first thing to go.

What time is it?
It is time for me to start getting ready to go back to Atlanta.
I am so excited, and I am finally starting to feel better.
 Thank God.
I leave next week and will be power shopping from sun up to sun down.  Last year I took a bunch of photos and then lost my camera... not going to happen this year.  I will hopefully have lots to show you when I return.  From what I have seen so far from the catalogs that are streaming in.... loads of birds, bugs, butterflies and garden.  So I should be in heaven. Right about now I am in the need for green grass, green plants, anything green and gardeny. I will hopefully have some posts up next week to keep you busy while I'm gone. ~ L

Gorgeous, just gorgeous Lori. Your shop looks so european. I had to go back through the post to make sure it wasn't a catalog. I can't wait to see what you find and bring back to show us. Have a great and safe trip.

I love how your chalkboard wall turned out. The combo of black, metal and clocks(my fav) is really stunning. Very inspirational!

Have a great weekend and fun shopping.

2, 3 galvanized wall bins are great... love those!
I'm just checking... did you get my comment where I told I do want the January issue of JDL? You are still selling those, right? Anyway, I just wanted to let you know again to please, send me one. :)
I'm glad your feeling better. Have fun in Atalanta!

Love catching up with your vignettes from over here in the UK. Have just received a copy of the JDL magazine from a supplier I found after seeing it on your blog. Can't wait to read it! Wish I lived closer! Thanks x

Layer it on. Change it up.

Time for a refresh. Have you ever looked at an area in your house and thought I am done looking at that mess.   Or maybe it's just time...
