All in Or All OUT

This is the view from the entry after our first 3 day sale.

Uff-DA

If you remember...up front I had a forest of full sized birch trees, a vintage porch swing, a few fabulous vintage doors and an array of funky goods.....all gone.
My staff made fun of me that I would even try to keep up with my Vignettes...but I don't know how to do it any other way.

First Sale - success !! I exceeded my goal.
As you can see we STILL have product. Enough for another few weeks of madness.
I will work at getting everything out of the back rooms and out of the cupboards.
EVERYTHING will be on the sales floor for the next sale.

I do want to thank everyone for the well wishes and the accolades. You are all very sweet, and your well wishes and your praise, I will cherish.

Remember, NO condolences.
 This was my choice.
It has nothing to do with the economy or sales.
I am just tired. I need to live my life like everyone else ....just one full time job.

The Barn was mine and I did it full speed ahead with everything I had.  When it got to the point where I felt I wasn't doing my best, I knew it was then time to let go.
All in or All OUT.

Many asked why I didn't just hire someone to help keep up with the buying, going to market and doing the Vignettes..... This was not a choice for me personally. To me, the Barn, this Company, was all about me creating the magic, not paying for someone else to do it.  If someone else was buying and creating and I was sitting on the bench..... NOPE. NO GOOD.
I can't take credit for something that I didn't create.
So it was NOT a choice I could make.
All in or ALL OUT.

So I made the decision to close and take my creations with me. Someone else will come in and they can create their magic. We just have to be patient. I have my lovely Barn throughout the summer and then I will move on.
Stay tuned for my next chapter....

In the mean time, I do want to offer you all a parting gift of my fabulous inventory at cost.
Everything is 50% off
Come enjoy.

Layer it on. Change it up.

Time for a refresh. Have you ever looked at an area in your house and thought I am done looking at that mess.   Or maybe it's just time...
