Let the sun shine

I took these pictures last week and since then we have had a flood of color and flowers and growth. Unfortunately, these were up and ready to go, so you will have to use your imagination. There are MORE Yellows. Pinks. Greens. Purples. Whites....you get the picture.

I love yellows and greens at this time of year.

Spring fever

Spring Fever.

Why is it that when the sun finally shines I end up sick with some damn virus.

I have felt like crap and have been moving slow since Sunday. Hence the fever in spring fever. Ugh! I never get sick. I have too much to do. Must trudge on....

I thought we could all use a little color to brighten the day.

These lovelies are all made with reclaimed metals and rocks that were gathered.

Lots to do....dragging the Kleenex box along, ugh.

rainy days and sundays

Rainy days are one thing... a rainy week is enough to drive a person crazy.

Still no sun in sight. I think I actually heard a possibility of more snow. Eek... that's Minnesota for you! But on to a happier note. March 14. Logan, my first born, turns 25 today.

Wow. As they say, time flies.

I found this gorgeous rain coat at a funky venue called Atelier, housed in the historic 1902 Post Office building in Buffalo, Minnesota. Teresa, the proprietor, has the cutest little shop right under her residence which is the top floor above the shop. She was just featured in the latest issue of Country Living. Too fun.
