gray and yellow

We are all lovin' the gray and yellows at the Barn.

I can't believe it has been a week since my last post.  Where does the time go... I actually think it has been that long since I looked at my computer.  It's funny, now that email is delivered to my phone, no need to stop and sit anymore...everything is on the run.

even tho. I am groovin' with the yellows etc. I can't leave out my blue and green beauties.

think spring

that's all we can do here, is think about it.

Yesterday the wind was sooo cold.

I don't know what is happening out there today... I can see the sun is shining

hopefully it will warm up.

door display piece

Morning. Morning. Morning.

It finally stopped snowing.

I think we got between 10"-12" total.

____

I'm so excited about my new find...

I recently bought this funky vintage door with the shelves pre-mounted

...wha-la

instant display...Love it.

I put it right inside the front door so you see everything as soon as you enter the Barn

Right now I am short on display pieces of any kind... furniture is at a premium at the Barn.

It is so nice to have 4 large shelves to work with.

I could go out and find some fun furniture but I am without a truck to haul anything at the moment... if you know anyone who delivers.... call me up.

vintage garden

I love having my outdoor bird bath inside.

This one is super heavy and hard for me to move around but somehow I get it moved into the right vignette.

Outside it is snowing... again.

And they say it is supposed to continue for another 24 hours.

Uff-da

Is it ever going to end.

In the Barn we have loads of fun spring items.

feed the chicks

Morning... again.

The days just click by don't they.

You all know by now that I have "a day job" besides the Barn.

Even tho. I have "the day job" I still get to the Barn on a daily basis.  I try to re-do a section of the shop at least 3 days a week.

... I don't know what happens the rest of the time... I think I talk to much on those days....and plan... I do a lot of planning.

This is my latest creation... I do love the yellow.

It makes me smile especially when it is so...so...so damn dreary outside.

It took me all day last Sunday to move furniture, set up this door display and haul product.

For a while I was shedding layers....sweating ...

but in the end...

well worth the effort.
